Delhi's transport department grants one year extension to RTVs

India –The Department of Delhi Transport Corporation has granted a one-year extension to rapid transit vehicles (RTVs) that help as significant module of last mile connectivity in the city. This extension will be valid from January 1 to December 31, 2022, a circular released.

Owners and unions of mini RTV stage carriage buses have in the last few months made numerous appeals to the department to increase the validity of permits from 10 to 15 years.
