Israel / UK / USAREE Automotive Ltd, a designer of zero-emission vehicle platforms based in Herzliya, Israel, announced its plans for bringing production capacity of its modular platforms up to 20,000 units per year by the end of 2023.

The company is currently preparing a 130,000-sq-ft facility (or “Integration Centre”) for the production of ‘P7’ Class 3-5 commercial electric vehicle platforms in Coventry, UK, with a projected capacity of 10,000 units by the end of this year. The Coventry site is to provide the blueprint for all future REE Automotive facilities, with its “CapEx-light”, “highly-automated” design principles, using cloud-based robotic assembly lines.
