Netherlands / United Arab Emirates – Terberg Environmental BV, the waste and recycling equipment subsidiary of the Terberg Group, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with waste management firm Imdaad LLC of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, committing to working closely together in expanding their respective businesses in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)¹ region. 

The MoU confirms Terberg Environmental as a preferred supplier of waste and recycling trucks to Imdaad and proposes that the two companies work together in developing new equipment for the GCC region. The deal also outlines an annual maintenance contract for Imdaad’s existing fleet of Terberg vehicles. 
 
Terberg has reportedly been active in the region for over 20 years, during which time it has supplied Imdaad with more than 100 waste & recycling collection vehicles. In October, Terberg Environmental founded a subsidiary in Dubai Industrial City called Terberg RosRoca Vehicle Manufacturing LLC, which directly handles customer relations in the region.
