1,000th DAF XF 6x2 delivered to East of England logistics firm

DAF XF 450 truck delivered to Turners

UK – The UK subsidiary of DAF Trucks NV has announced that Turners (Soham) Ltd, a logistics firm and long-time customer of DAF, has taken delivery of its 1,000th FTP 6x2 mid-lift tractor unit, as part of an order for 69 XF vehicles.

The trucks, which were delivered by Cambridgeshire- and Suffolk-based dealer, Chassis Cab, are new-generation XF 450 models with 10.8-litre PACCAR MX-11 engines rated at 450 hp. The cabs are equipped with the DAF Digital Vision System which replaces side- and rear-view mirrors with cameras.
