New JV plans to build new HyGen hydrogen production facility in UK within two years
Ireland / UK – HyGen Energy Holdings Ltd is the name of a joint venture (JV) between London based Armstrong Capital Management* and Dublin based HydraB Power Ltd** to build hydrogen production facilities in the UK and Ireland.
The new JV company will build, own and operate commercial scale hydrogen production facilities across the UK and Ireland. Renewable Connections Developments Ltd***, a UK based renewable energy developer, will oversee all the planning and development of the various sites.
