Octopus hydrogen to provide Horiba MIRA with green hydrogen at Technology Park

Mock up of the green hydrogen refuelling station at the Mira Technology Park in Nuneaton

UK Horiba MIRA Ltd has commissioned Octopus Energy Hydrogen Ltd (part of the Octopus Energy Group), based in London, to produce and operate a green hydrogen energy plant at their MIRA Technology (MTP) Park in Nuneaton.

It has invested in the green refuelling forecourt in order to provide hydrogen fuel on site at MTP, expanding Horiba MIRA’s testing-as-a-service services and to support next-gen mobility companies. The onsite generation will supply MTP with 300kg of green hydrogen daily. Octopus will supply power from a purpose-built 7MW ground-mounted solar array located alongside the forecourt at MTP.
