Thermo King expands C-Series range for CV bodies up to 8 metres long

Belgium – Thermo King Europe of Zaventem, Flemish Brabant has released three new products in the C-Series range of temperature-control units, expanding their application to small trucks and vans with bodies of up to 52m3.
The C-550, C-650 and C-750 have maximum power ratings of 5.2 kW, 6 kW and 6.8 kW respectively. These will be able to serve van and truck bodies up to 8 metres long, keeping the cargo space at the desired temperature, and this is thanks in part to more powerful fans which are coupled with a newly-designed evaporator coil and frame design. The units are compact, weighing up to 30% less than competitor models, according to Thermo King.
