More than 300 units of Volta Zero on order with production set for Q2 2023

Sweden – Volta Trucks AB of Stockholm, Sweden has announced that its first production orders for the medium-duty ‘Volta Zero’ electric truck have exceeded 300 units for the year 2023. Production is set to begin in the spring.
Volta Trucks stated that it is starting the year strongly with customer production orders filling the first 300 manufacturing slots of the battery-electric Volta Zero. The orders are collectively worth more than EUR85m. The company stated further that series production is due to begin in the second quarter of this year at its contract manufacturing facility in Steyr, Upper Austria.
