XCMG delivers 100 hydrogen FC-powered heavy trucks to SinoSynergy

China - Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Company (XCMG) of Xuzhou, Jiangsu province, announced it has delivered 100 hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks to fuel-cell company, Sino-Synergy Hydrogen Energy Technology (Jiaxing) Co Ltd, which is headquartered in Yunfu City, Guangdong Province, which will be followed by a further 1,000 similar trucks by 2025.

The 100 trucks are to be put into service in a mine in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, as part of the company’s efforts to help reduce carbon emissions. The trucks generate a power of up to 110kW and have a range of over 450km, propelled by XCMG’s in-house drive motors.
