Fras-le agrees terms to buy British CV aftermarket brakes business Juratek

Brazil / UK - Fras-le SA, a Randon Empresas S.A. company, has announced the proposed acquisition of aftermarket components company, Juratek Ltd of Doncaster, UK.

AML Juratek is an aftermarket supplier and maker of brake components - such as discs, brake pads, callipers, and actuators - for buses, trailers and trucks, as well as LCVs and passenger cars. AML Juratek controls the companies, Juratek and BettaParts, which operate in the aftermarket in the UK and in Europe.
