Hitech Electric starts, in March, assembly of electric mini-trucks in Paraná State

Brazil / China Hitech Electric Importação e Distribuição de Veículos Elétricos Ltda (Hitech Electric), a Brazilian electromobility company, is to commence operations at its new factory in Campo Largo, Paraná State next month (March 2023) with assembly of its all-electric light-duty utility vehicles.

The utility vehicles, which are imported from China, have been developed exclusively to meet the demands of ‘last-mile’ cargo transportation, stated Rodrigo Contin, CEO of Hitech Electric, at the official opening of a purpose-built factory extending to some 10,000 square metres (m²). Contin said:
