Ebusco 3.0 13.5-meter Class II bus

Sweden / Netherlands – Early in March 2023, electric bus manufacturer, Ebusco Holding NV, based in Deurne, announced it is to supply Swedish public transport operator Svealandstrafiken with up to 64 buses, to be delivered by July 2024.

The contract comprises 23 Ebusco 3.0 13.5-metre Class II buses with an option to purchase an additional 41, making it the first shipment of Ebusco’s 3.0 13.5-metre Class II variant. The buses are scheduled to operate in the Örebro area and are expected to drive up to 75,000 km per year (per bus). The operator has announced that this purchase is calculated to save more than 1,500,000 kilograms of CO2 and over 2,500,000 kilograms of nitrogen a year.
