BorgWarner completes purchase of Hubei Surpass Sun Electric (SSE) charging businesses

USA - BorgWarner Inc of Auburn Hills, Michigan, announced that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Hubei Surpass Sun Electric’s (SSE’s) Electric Vehicle Charging Solution, Smart Grid and Smart Energy businesses.

Borgwarner stated that the acquisition is an important move for the company’s electrification business in Asia and is expected to complement its existing charging footprint in Europe and North America.
