Forecast of the annual global bus and coach market by 2027, by Frost & Sullivan.
USA - Over the next five years the global market for bus and coach is expected to almost double from around 169,000 in 2022 to 309,000 in 2027, according to Krishna Achutan, Program Manager at Frost & Sullivan speaking at a Busworld foundation seminar at Busworld North America. This is effectively a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 13.3%, stated Achutan!
Achutan said F&S expects China to continue to lead the market, accounting for half of global sales with shipments forecast at 162,300 units in 2027, followed by Europe with 54,800 units, India 40,700 units, LATAM, 43,200 and North America, 8,100 units.
