Foton delivers first electric trucks to Thailand

Thailand / China - Beiqi Foton Motor Company Ltd of Beijing, China, has delivered its first batch of electric light trucks to its Thai joint venture, as the Chinese automaker continued to strengthen its line-up in South-east Asia’s second-largest vehicle market.

Representatives of the Foton Motor joined its Thai joint venture, CP Foton Sales Company Ltd, in a ceremony to mark the event - including Director and General Manager Wu Xibin; as well as Benjamin Sukanjanajtee, Minister-counsellor of Royal Thai Embassy in China; and Nopadol Chiaravanont, vice chairman of the Industrial Business Group at Charoen Pokphand Group (CP Group).
