Greenhous Group acquires bodybuilder Bulkrite

UK - On the 2nd of May, UK DAF dealer Greenhous Group Ltd, acquired the property and assets of Shrewsbury-based bodybuilder, Bulkrite Ltd* to further enhance its presence in the commercial vehicle market. The acquisition represents a diversification and expansion of the Greenhous Group, which currently has 22 DAF locations throughout the UK. Andrew Davies will remain as Bulkrite’s general manager, continuing to run daily operations as the business transitions into the Greenhous Group.
