Randoncorp buys controlling stake in digital solutions company DBServer

Randoncoro owns 51% of db

Brazil – March 2023 saw Randoncorp (formerly known as Empresas Randon) of Caxais do Sul, buy a controlling stake (51%) in digital solutions company, DBServer.

DBServer, known today as DB*, is a 30 year old technology company with offices in Porto Alegre (RS) and São Paulo (SP) focusing on design, innovation, software development and testing services for different industry sectors such as finance, retail, industry and technology. (Among its clients are Sicredi, Renner, Dell and Carrefour, in addition to an international presence with projects in over 12 countries).
