Indian Oil and Praj plan to build biofuels production capacities in India

Indian Oil and Praj representatives sign MOU to build biofuels production capacities in India

India – Indian Oil Ltd of New Delhi and Praj Industries Ltd of Pune have signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to advance plans to strengthen its biofuels production capacities in India. Under this MoU, various biofuels are covered including Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), Ethanol, Compressed Biogas (CBG), Biodiesel and Bio-bitumen, as well as others. It was back in October 2021 that the companies first reached an agreement to collaborate and announced plans to eventually establish a 50:50 joint venture.
