eMaaS company BillionElectric raises funding to focus on e-bus for airport operations

eMaaS company BillionElectric delivers airport buses

India - Billion Electric Mobility Pvt Ltd (BillionElectric¹) of Vadodara, Gujarat, a new e-Mobility as a Service (eMaaS), subsidiary of CHARGE+ZONE (TecSo ChargeZone Ltd also based in Gujarat – an electric vehicle charging infrastructure provider) has secured USD10 million in a seed round of equity and asset lease funding.

The funds are to be strategically allocated to two key initiatives: Firstly, the deployment of electric tarmac buses at Bengaluru international airport; and secondly, the development of a mid-mile heavy-duty EV truck platform.
