Caio to supply 150 Apache buses to Ribeirão Preto

Brazil - Caio Induscar Indústria e Comércio de Carrocerias Ltda (Caio) of São Paulo has received an order for 150, fifth generation Apache VIP 80-person city buses from Transcorp Transportes Coletivos for the city of Ribeirão Preto, State of São Paulo.
The buses, which are fully accessible with automatic wheelchair lift, HVAC system and solar glass, are to be built at Caio’s facility in Botucatu, SP, with first bus deliveries having started last month (August) - all the new buses are to be delivered and in operation by the end of 2024.
