Argentina - Mercedes-Benz Camiones y Buses Argentina*, a subsidiary of Germany’s Daimler Truck AG, responsible for assembly and sales of Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles in Argentina, has built more than 1,000 Atego 1729 S model trucks at its plant in Virrey del Pino province, less than two years from when manufacture of this model began. The Juan Manuel Fangio Industrial Center in Virrey del Pino, Province of Buenos Aires, is where Mercedes-Benz Camiones y Buses Argentina also produces several other versions of the Atego truck chassis, Accelo truck chassis and the OH and OF bus chassis lines. In the same location, the company also has a production plant for the REMAN range, which offers an alternative remanufactured product with the same excellence and guarantee as an original part.

Mercedes-Benz Camiones y Buses Argentina has central offices in Munro, also in the Province of Buenos Aires, a Training Centre and, a SelecTrucks business unit located in the north of the Province of Buenos Aires. Its commercial operation includes a dealership network with 45 customer service points across the country.
