Celebration of 250,000th Mercedes-Benz truck cabin to be built in Brazil
Brazil - August saw Mercedes-Benz do Brasil Ltda reach an historic milestone of 250,000 truck cabins built at its factory in Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais. The unit is part of the company's commercial vehicle production system, which includes welding and painting of all Mercedes-Benz’s truck cabs for both the domestic and foreign markets, as well as for the replacement market. A top-of-the-line Actros extra-heavy truck cabin in zirconium blue was used to celebrate this historic milestone with all employees at the factory in Minas Gerais.
