Forvia new plant in Fengcheng

China / France –  Automotive components supplier, Faurecia SE of Nanterre, France (a Forvia Group company), opened its new 30.000 sqm electronics factory in Fengcheng, China. Forvia’s Fengcheng Mega Plant employs 1200 staff, housing 89 production lines dedicated to producing products in three main areas: display technologies, cockpit electronics and automated driving technologies for both passenger and Commercial Vehicles (CVs). Forvia is targeting a capacity of two million units per year by the end of 2024. This will meet the demand of both local and global OEMs. The facility integrates artificial intelligence, digitalisation and automation technologies to streamline production and increase efficiency.

The Group has forged very strong relationships with over 40 Chinese OEMs, clearly targeting the Chinese market as a key area for growth.
