GreenCell Mobility and VECV sign MoU to supply 1,000 Eicher ebuses

India – GreenCell Express Private Ltd (GEPL)1, brand name NueGo and operating subsidiary of GreenCell Mobility Pvt Ltd of Mumbai and VE Commercial Vehicles Pvt Ltd (VECV) of Pune, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to supply 1,000 electric buses for intercity operations.
Over the next five years both parties plan to work together to ensure industry-leading vehicle engineering, data integration and safety features are incorporated in these buses. VECV is to build and supply these electric buses out of Pithampur; Greencell (NueGo) will be responsible for operating the electric vehicles.
