Fuso to launch eCanter in Indonesia

Fuso 's new eCanter range
Indonesia / Japan - Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation, based in Kawasaki in Japan’s Kanagawa prefecture, announced plans to introduce its eCanter battery-powered light-duty truck to the Indonesian market in early 2024.
The company’s local distributor, PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors, said it has applied for government subsidies for the truck. Currently the Indonesian government allows locally-made electric passenger vehicles and motorcycles to be sold without incurring the 10% sales tax.
