Go-Ahead London trialling Wrightbus battery electric double decker

UK – Wrightbus Ltd of Ballymena, UK has announced that The Go-Ahead Group Ltd, a passenger transport company based in Newcastle upon Tyne, is trialling its double-deck battery electric bus in London during the month of January.
Go-Ahead London is the largest bus operator in Greater London, running over 2,400 vehicles on a total of 153 routes. It will trial the ‘StreetDeck Electroliner’, a double decker with seating for up to 74 passengers and a range of up to 200 miles.
