Forvia appoints two new Executive Committee members

USA / France – Automotive components supplier, Faurecia SE of Nanterre, France (a Forvia Group company), announced the appointment of Jill Greene and Ma Chaun to its Executive Committee effective immediately. Jill Greene is appointed as the Executive Vice-President, Group General Counsel and Board Secretary, succeeding Nolwenn Delaunay. Greene led Faurecia’s North American legal team and then its Global Legal Regions team. Greene has a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College (Northfield, Minnesota), and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver (Denver, Colorado).
