JBM begins delivery of 375 ECOLIFE 12e e-buses to Haryana Transport

India – JBM Electric Vehicles Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of JBM Auto Ltd (JBM) of Gurugram has delivered its first batch of five JBM ECOLIFE e121 electric buses to Haryana City Bus Services Ltd, a subsidiary of Haryana Transport Department. This is part of a major order for 375 electric air conditioned full electric buses placed under the National Electric Bus Programme by CESL (Convergence Energy Services Limited) following a major tender for more than 5,000 buses last year.
In July last year, JBM inaugurated and commenced electric bus manufacture at its plants in Haryana, where it boasts a manufacturing capacity of 20,000 electric buses annually.
