Tresa Motors unveils V0.2 E-Truck
Bangalore – New truck manufacturing entrant, Tresa Motors Pvt Ltd of Bangalore, has launched its next and second generation electric truck, the V0.2; just seven months after its unveiling of the Tresa V.01. This new VO.2 electric truck variant is now undergoing trials and is designed to offer improved engineering, reliability, and efficiency the truck.
With V0.2, Tresa comes equipped with a Centralized Computing Unit, Advanced Telemetry System, an 800V (peak) drive system with modular battery packs and in-house BMS (battery management system). The vehicle can be equipped with battery packs with up to 300kWh storage capacity, and the ability for a quick 20-minute charge time for a state of charge (SOC) increase from 10% to as much as 80%. The new VO.2 version now has a new central steering system, air-suspended drivers’ seat, in-house designed DRLs (daytime running lights), and it’s the first version in India with a heat pump.
