Blackbuck EVs start trials with plans to open factory by 2025

India - Hyderabad-based startup, Blackbuck Electric Vehicles India Pvt Ltd, a new entrant in the electric vehicle marketplace has announced commencement of road trials of the ELON 3X BEV, a 3-axle, high floor intercity 13-metre electric coach at its Hyderabad facility. These vehicles are to undergo rigorous validation and testing processes in preparation for full certification.
Blackbuck EV is set to embark on public road trials of the ELON 3X in collaboration with one of India's leading transport operators, starting in the first quarter of 2025. It also announced plans to complete the company’s inaugural micro-factory in Hyderabad in 2025, which is to be equipped with cutting-edge technology for streamlined manufacturing processes.
