Randon’s new grain trailer offers extra 1-ton payload

Brazil - Trailer builder, Randon S/A Implementos e Participações of Caxais do Sul, the largest manufacturer of semi-trailers in Latin America and subsidiary of Randoncorp, used the Agrishow 2024 in Ribeirão Preto (SP) - the largest International Agricultural Technology Fair in Brazil – to introduce a new lighter weight multi-axle semi-trailer model, the Graneleira New line R, for grain and other agricultural product haulage, offering an increased load capacity of up to one ton.
The Graneleiro New R features Randon’s Ecoplate 3 technology, which allows the trailer to be built with a combination of advanced plastics and aluminum profile sections to create this semi-trailer that is lighter, stronger and more durable. The trailer’s cargo box also has components designed to optimize sealing, thus contributing to less grain loss during haulage operations. The semi-trailer features a high-resistance aluminum floor with new polymeric drain nozzles for ventilation and weight reduction.
