Dongfeng Dana & Jing-jin Electric step up axle collaboration

Dongfeng Dana’s electric drive axle for heavy-duty trucks

China - Dongfeng Dana Axle Company Ltd, based in Xiangyang in China’s Hubei province, and Shandong-based Jing-Jin Electric Technologies Company Ltd, have agreed to step up their collaboration with a new agreement signed at the end of July aimed at expanding their business operations in China’s electric drive axle market.

Dongfeng Dana and Jing-Jin Electric are seen as leaders in electric drive axle market and the two companies are looking to accelerate adoption of high-efficiency flat-wire motors in electric drive axles in the country’s commercial vehicle market.
