Ford Trucks eyes UK & Ireland markets from 2028

Ford Trucks plans entry into UK & Ireland
UK / Turkey – Having recently completed its dealer network for mainland Europe, Ford Otomotiv Sanayi A.Ş. (Ford Trucks) of Istanbul, Turkey, is planning on entering the markets of the UK and Ireland as soon as 2028.
Selim Yazıcı, Ford Trucks’ DACH region Managing Director, at the IAA in Hanover said that it was working on a right hand drive Euro VII diesel engine powered version of both the F-MAX and F-LINE truck models. He added that it would start its market entry with partners in parts aftersales to support its LHD trucks that will be travelling to the UK & Ireland from mainland Europe; this will be followed by the appointments of two private distributor partners for the two markets.
