Safe Fleet acquires UK lighting manufacturer Labcraft

UK / USA – UK-based CV LED lighting manufacturer Labcraft Ltd* based in Essex, has been acquired by American fleet safety provider Safe Fleet Acquisition Corp** (owned by Clarience Technologies), based in Belton, Missouri, for an undisclosed fee. Labcraft will now be integrated into Safe Fleet’s portfolio of brands that provide safety products for vehicle manufacturers. These companies serve multiple global market segments including emergency services, waste & municipal vehicles, construction vehicles and truck & trailer OEMS. This acquisition will help Labcraft grow its international customer base. The company announced there will be no changes in staff and it will continue to operate from its headquarters in Essex.
*Labcraft designs and manufactures commercial vehicle and emergency vehicle LED lighting including interior and exterior van, truck and trailer lighting. Labcraft’s new low voltage LED lighting products are used in many applications such as commercial, marine and leisure.
