Sunswap launches commercial production of solar-powered TRUs

Sunswap Endurance units delivered to DFDS
UK – Sunswap Ltd of Leatherhead, UK has announced the commercial launch of its solar-powered transport refrigeration unit, with the first 10 going to Danish shipping and logistics company, DFDS A/S.
The ten ‘Endurance’ TRUs were the first to be produced at the company’s new headquarters and production facility in Leatherhead. These were delivered to the DFDS depot in Peterborough; they were ordered following a successful trial of Sunswap’s technology back in 2022.
