Iveco Bus delivers 253 school buses to Ceará State in Brazil

Brazil - October 11, 2024, saw Iveco Bus Latin America deliver 253 school buses benefiting elementary and high school students in rural areas of 113 municipalities in Ceará under the Caminho da Escola (school bus) programme.

Iveco Bus is authorized to supply 3,500 units of the ORE 3 model (Rural School Bus 3) and 3,600 units of the ORE 2 model (Rural School Bus 2) under the Caminho da Escola programmes*. In addition to Ceará, Iveco Bus has significant requests for the acquisition of vehicles from the State Departments of Education of the states of Bahia, Pernambuco and Mato Grosso.
