VECV to supply some 500 Eicher Pro 6055 LNG trucks to LNG fuel station creator in central India

Eicher personel celebrate delivery of gas trucks to Baidyanath
India – Commercial vehicle manufacturer, VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd (VECV) of Pithampur has signed an agreement to supply 500 Eicher Pro 6055 LNG1 trucks with new LNG refuelling station network provider, Baidyanath LNG Pvt Ltd2. The first Eicher Pro 6055 LNG trucks were delivered in August for the inauguration of the Baidyanath’s company’s LNG station in Nagpur.
The supply agreement is to support the Baidyanath company’s plan to create a network of LNG refuelling stations in strategic locations across Central India, designed to accelerate the overall supply of LNG in the region. This initiative is expected to encourage long haul trucks in the region to transition to the cleaner fuel.
