China’s DeepWay sells electric trucks in the Middle East

DeepWay’s ‘Shenxiang Xingchen’ heavy-duty battery powered electric truck

UAE / China - DeepWay, a manufacturer of smart, battery-powered heavy-duty electric trucks since 2021, headquartered in Feixi County in China’s Anhui province, last month announced it has begun exporting its heavy-duty trucks to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The company confirmed that the first batch of trucks have been delivered to TruKKer, a digital-based logistics company operating in the Middle East.

DeepWay, backed by Chinese tech giant, Baidu, has developed the battery-powered ‘Shenxiang Xingchen’ heavy-duty truck which it claims has quickly gained market acceptance due to its low operating costs, including low energy consumption, and intelligent features.
