Krone Trailer UK expands customer support for UK and Ireland
UK – Krone Trailer UK Ltd (a subsidiary of Bernard Krone Holding GmbH & Co KG of Werlte, Germany) of Leeds, has made significant investments to enhance its aftermarket network, particularly by expanding its customer support infrastructure. As of November 2024, the company claims it has a network of over 400 workshops and repair vans across the UK and Ireland. This expansion is aimed at providing faster and more efficient trailer support services, minimising downtime for its customers.
The network includes a 24/7 breakdown hotline to ensure accessibility and quick response times. Krone’s mobile repair vans are equipped to perform on-site services such as minor repairs, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance checks. This setup reduces the need for customers to transport their vehicles to workshops, saving both time and costs. The initiative highlights Krone's focus on improving its aftermarket services in the UK and Ireland.
