Renault Trucks UK opens new training academy

UK – Renault Trucks UK of Warwick has announced that it opened a new training academy in England’s east midlands on 17 January for technicians which will provide courses in servicing internal combustion and electric vehicle drivelines.
‘Renault Trucks UK Training Academy’, located in the village of Whetstone, near Leicester, will provide accredited and manufacturer-specific technical training to technicians and apprentices, combining practical and classroom-based learning. The new building includes a workshop that can accommodate up to seven vehicles and static engine and component rigs. Other facilities include four classrooms, a kitchen, shower and changing facilities, and a recreational space.
