JBM Auto establishes new battery and new EV venture capital subsidiary

JBM's headquarters and manufacturing base in Gurugram.

India – JBM Auto Ltd in Gurugram, has announced the incorporation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, JBM EV Ventures Pvt Ltd, according to a regulatory filing dated February 26, 2025.

The Certificate of Incorporation for the new entity was issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana on February 19, 2025, and was received by JBM Auto on February 25, 2025.
