Sailun debuts EcoPoint CV tyre range at RTX 2025

UK / China – At RTX 2025 (24–26 June, Stoneleigh Park), Sailun Group Europe (the European subsidiary of Chinese manufacturer the Sailun Group headquartered in Qingdao, China), distributed exclusively in the UK and Ireland by Kirkby Tyres, showcased its EcoPoint commercial vehicle range. According to company representatives, the tyre design promotes improved mileage, fuel economy, robustness and eco‑credentials.
On the stand were the Transport Pro S steer and Transport Pro D drive axle tyres, alongside regional and mixed-service options like the SDR1, STR1+, STM1, and SFR1. These are built with self-cleaning treads, toughened shoulders and advanced rubber compounds designed to last longer and reduce rolling resistance. According to company representatives, the line-up is all about delivering better mileage, improved fuel efficiency, and stronger eco performance. All tyres on display are fully retreadable, supporting sustainability goals in line with EU standards.
