Randoncorp launches two-year graduate managerial leadership development programme

Brazil - In line with its growth and people appreciation strategy, Randoncorp of Caxias do Sul has launched a new programme called ‘Leading The Future’, which is a two year national leadership programme aimed at training new leaders in the company. With applications now open, the initiative seeks to attract professionals for a two-year career development and acceleration journey.
The programme offers opportunities to work in several of Randoncorp's business verticals, with the possibility of working in Brazil and abroad.
