Montracon acquired by Martin Group

Inside Montracon's Doncaster facility

UK – Montracon Ltd, a manufacturer of truck bodies and trailers based in Doncaster, UK, announced in July that it was bought for an undisclosed sum by H W Martin Holdings Ltd from its current owner, Ballyvesey Holdings Ltd.

Montracon’s managing director, Ray McSorley, emphasised that there will be no changes to the way the company operates following its acquisition by the Martin Group. “Being part of the Martin Group gives us a strong foundation to continue delivering quality built trailers our customers rely on,” he commented.
