Eberspächer and China’s Yuchai engine subsidiary form exhaust systems JV

Germany / China - Eberspächer Exhaust Technology International GmbH and China Yuchai International Limited have formed a joint venture company called Eberspächer Yuchai Exhaust Technology Co Ltd, to produce and sell exhaust emission control systems for Chinese commercial vehicles to meet the highest domestic emission standard, China National 6.

Eberspächer is understood to be the majority shareholder with a 51% stake, while Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co Ltd (GYMCL), a subsidiary of Guangxi Yuchai Exhaust Technology Co Ltd is the other remaining 49% shareholder.
