EvoBus acquires 5.25% of transport logistics software firm - IVU Traffic Technologies

Germany - EvoBus GmbH of Stuttgart, a marketing brand of Daimler Buses, has invested in digital mobility through the acquisition of a 5.25% stake in Berlin-based transport logistics software firm, IVU Traffic Technologies AG1from the charitable foundation, Gerlind & Ernst Denert-Stiftung (a company established by IVU’s previous CEO, Prof. Ernst Denert).
The transaction also involves a strategic partnership between IVU and Daimler Buses to offer integrated mobility solutions for the public transport of tomorrow.
