Phillips & Temro acquire EVoCharge

USA - Phillips & Temro Industries Inc*, part of the St Louis-based Harbour Group company, has acquired EVoCharge Inc for an undisclosed sum. EVoCharge, headquartered in Los Angeles, is a supplier of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure for commercial, public vehicle fleet, and residential use. Founded in 2009, EVoCharge is one of North America's original EV charging infrastructure providers, providing electric vehicle supply equipment and cable management services.
