UNECE Reg 49 compliant DPF range highlighted by Eminox

UK - Emissions reduction specialist, Eminox Ltd recently became the first UK aftermarket manufacturer to receive UNECE Regulation 49 certification for its Euro VI diesel particulate filter (DPF) product range. These are to take centre stage on the company's stand at the Commercial Vehicle Show.

The certification means operators can now buy certified original equipment manufacturer (OEM)-quality replacement DPFs from Eminox, without invalidating the manufacturer warranty on their vehicles. DPFs are serviceable components, which, if not maintained correctly, can increase engine loads, causing additional fuel consumption and damaging further components.
