Blue Bird Vision Gasoline Type C bus sales hits 5,000

USA – Independent bus builder, Blue Bird Corporation of Macon, Georgia, announced delivery of its 5,000th Type C gasoline-powered (petrol) Blue Bird Vision Gasoline school bus, since it was launched in the autumn of 2016. The bus is built on a Ford chassis with Ford 6.8-liter V10 engine and is equipped with a ROUSH CleanTech fuel system; a proven system used in thousands of propane-powered buses.

Blue Bird is an independent designer and manufacturer of school buses, with more than 550,000 buses sold since its formation in 1927 and says it has approximately 180,000 buses in operation today.
