USA - Dana Incorporated’s latest release of Rhombus TireAnalytics Version 3.0 offers new capabilities to help large fleets reduce tyre costs. It now includes new cost-per-mile (CPM) analysis and best practice solutions to enable commercial-truck owners and fleet maintenance managers to make better data driven decisions for each application.

Rhombus TireAnalytics, introduced in 2017 utilises a cloud-based platform allowing fleets to manage their tyre maintenance programmes and ensure these practices are adhered to by tracking compliance across all terminals. It allows fleet managers to identify and predict maintenance issues to minimise downtime and maximise tyre life.
The CPM tyre comparisons, which can be determined by application or by axle type using the fleet’s actual miles-per-tyre (MPT) data and tyre cost, provide situational analyses utilising a fleet’s real-life data. The new release also includes enhanced user authentication for stronger security and more flexibility in how users secure access to the platform.
